the hotel had secure parking with easy access to the city walls. i found the staff to be helpful . my room was cleaned each day when i requested it. the rooftop pool was a nice amenity after a long day.
i noticed some minor wear and tear in the hallways .

the staff was friendly (i really appreciated their help). i left something in my room. they returned it to me quickly via courier. the breakfast included very creamy scrambled eggs. i also enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant.
the air conditioning would not go lower than 21.5 degrees. it was cooler in the corridor. there was no rain shower, only an attachment to the mixer tap. in-room coffee and sweetener sachets were not replaced after the first night.
